What do I need to know when ordering a custom colour wallpaper.
How do I specify a custom colour?
You can specify a custom colouring using any of the following options : 1. a paint reference code from one of the main paint manufacturers (e.g. Little Greene, Farrow and Ball, Dulux, Colortrend, etc). 2. an NCS reference or 3. a swatch of coloured material, e.g. textile or wallpaper. Please note I do not work from Pantone or RAL references.
What size are custom colour trial prints?
Hand-printed trial prints are full-width and usually 100 cm or more in length. Digital trial prints may be slightly smaller. I often include at least one variation to show different possibilities of contrast.
How long does a custom colour trial print take?
Your custom colour trial print will usually be delivered within 2 weeks. Digital trial prints may take longer, as they have to be ordered from my partner printers in England. Following approval of a colour sample, allow 4-8 weeks for delivery of the wallpaper.
How much does a hand-printed custom trial print cost?
For custom colours based on a paint manufacturer’s colour the price of the sample is the same as the price for one roll of that pattern, e.g. a custom sample of Birr Damask is Euro 160.00 (130.08 excl. VAT); custom sample of Ardmore is Euro 200.00 (162.60 excl. VAT). For custom colour trial prints from a swatch of textile/wallpaper, there is a charge of Euro 25.00 extra for each colour match.
50% of the cost of your custom trial print is deducted from the invoice when more than 6 rolls are ordered.
What is the cost of a digital custom trial prints?
Digital custom colour trial prints cost Euro 130.00 (105.69 ex. VAT) for all patterns - the number of colours in the pattern does not affect the price.
