Circa 1940-50. A typical product of the Kildare Wallpaper Factory, established in Kildare town in the 1930s. Cheap and cheerful machine-printed papers like this became extremely popular across Ireland in the mid 20th century. Recreated to decorate a room in Bryce House on Garinish Island, West Cork.
